Directorate Change
As announced on 17 September 2019, Ed Barker notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. The Board's process for finding a successor is now well advanced and a short list of candidates has been identified. It has now been agreed that Ed will step down with effect from today, 31 January 2020.
Tracy Lewis, Chairman of Staffline commented:
