Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 165,767,728 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights. 1,014,511 Ordinary Shares are held by the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") . T he Trustee of the EBT has waived any voting rights in respect to the shares held by the EBT.
Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company are 164,753,217, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
