Additional Listing - Replacement

The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Additional Listing'
announcement released today at 10.53 under RNS No 6403h.

The announcement should have shown that 579,038 shares were to be blocklisted
under the UK Share Scheme and not 579,112 shares as previously stated. 

All other details remain unchanged.

Pursuant to the above-named Company's  UK Share  Scheme,
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a
blocklisting of 579,038 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to be
admitted to the Official List upon exercise of options.  The
Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares
of the Company.

Copies of this announcement are available from The Company
Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange for the
period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
Registered Office of the Company for the period of 14 days
from the date hereof.
