(i) Exercise of Restricted Share Awards (RSA).  During the period from 2009 until 2013, part of Sir John Peace's annual fixed base fee was delivered through an allocation of restricted shares.  Some of these awards are now being exercised with the subsequent retention of shares (post a disposal of shares to cover any tax liability).
