IGas Energy plc ("IGas" or "the Company")

Completion of Small Shareholder Sale Facility and Ineligible Overseas Shareholder Sales

Further to the Company's announcement of 16 October confirming completion of its acquisition of Dart Energy Limited ("Dart"), the Board of IGas is pleased to announce the completion of all sales of IGas shares in respect of the small shareholder sale facility and for ineligible overseas shareholders (the "Share Sales").

The aggregate number of shares sold in the market by Jefferies pursuant to the Share Sales was 163,102.

The proceeds of the Share Sales will be remitted to the former Dart shareholders on whose behalf the shares were sold by Computershare as soon as practicable in accordance with the Dart Scheme Booklet dated 23 July 2014.

As from the close of trading on Tuesday, 21 October 2014 (in Australia), shares in Dart Energy Limited have been removed from the ASX Official List pursuant to ASX Listing rule 17.11.
