Notice of AGM and Posting of Financial Report for the 15 Months ended 31 March 2012

IGas Energy PLC, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 16^th August 2012 at 10:30am. 

IGas also announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 20 the Financial Report for the results for the 15 month period ended 31 March 2012 is today being posted to shareholders.
