Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces the following information pursuant
to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Graham Cole, Chairman of Stagecoach, was a non-executive director of Vantis plc
("Vantis") until his resignation from the Vantis board on 17 December 2009.

Mr Cole and the Board of Stagecoach have noted the announcement by Vantis,
yesterday, that administrators have been appointed to that group with immediate
effect.  No further information regarding Vantis is available to Mr Cole at this
time.
