Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg, Joint
Managing Director of the Company, has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of
5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the name of his Self Invested
Pension Plan ("SIPP"), at a price of 38p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, David Sprigg's beneficial holding in the Company is
2,771,033 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.05 per cent. of the issued share
capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts.
