Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg, Joint
Managing Director of the Company, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 22 May 2007. The acquisition price was 66p
per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, David Sprigg's beneficial holding in the Company
stands at 2,587,700 Ordinary Shares representing 26.19 per cent. of the issued
share capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts.
