DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

The Company wishes to advise that Ms Juan (Kiki) Wang has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.  Ms Wang was appointed to the Board of the Company in 2014 as a nominee of Abraham Ltd ("Abraham"), pursuant to Abraham's contractual right to appoint up to two Non-Executive Directors to the Board as part of its investment in Range in 2014, as long as it holds 8% or more of the Company's shares on issue (as announced on 15 May 2014). As Abraham's shareholding in the Company is currently below 8%, it no longer has the right to have any nominee Directors on the Board of the Company.

The Company wishes to thank Ms Wang for her contribution to the Company and wish her every success in her future endeavours.

7,500,000 Unlisted Options previously issued to Ms Wang exercisable on or before 30 March 2020 at £0.010 per Option have been cancelled.
