Final Dividend proposed

Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc, which operates the UK's largest network of
part-time performing arts schools for young people, has proposed to its
shareholders the payment of a final dividend of 2 pence per share following its
preliminary announcement of final results on 4th August 2003.
The dividend timetable is:
AGM 10 September 2003 (dividend to be approved by shareholders)
Ex Dividend Date 5 November 2003
Record Date 7 November 2003
Payment Date 27 November 2003
