The directors of Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) regret to announce that they have been advised that Julian Paul, a non-executive director of the Company, passed away last week.

The directors and staff of Stagecoach would like to extend their condolences to Julian Paul's family.

David Sprigg, Joint Managing Director of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, added:

“Julian was a staunch supporter of Stagecoach and a personal friend and I know I can speak for all at the Company, when I say we will greatly miss his wise counsel and support.  We extend our thoughts and deep condolences to his family.”
