The Directors have been advised on 7 May 2002 that Mr John Woolgar has sold
500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company to reduce his holding to 1,500,000
Ordinary shares, being 5.72% of the shares in issue, and that Mr Ronald Bruce
Rowan, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 500,000
Ordinary shares in the Company to increase his holding to 6,950,000 Ordinary
shares, being 26.5% of the shares in issue.



The sale and purchase were effected on 7 May 2002 at a price of 4.5p per share.
