Save Group PLC (the 'Company')


The Company received notification on 26 February 2001 that following the
novation of funds from Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd to Morley Fund
Management Ltd, both wholly owned subsidiaries of CGNU plc:





        a.     Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd no longer has a
        notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company;
        and


        b.     Morley Fund Management Ltd was interested in 3,723,747 ordinary
        shares of 25p each in the Company (representing 3.8 per cent. of the
        Company's issued share capital).
