Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at
the Annual General Meeting held today were passed.

Accordingly, the Company will pay a final dividend on 11 January 2008 at the
rate of one halfpenny per share to those Members on the register at the close of
business on 14 December 2007.
