In conformity with DTR 5.6.1, Stelrad (SRAD) would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises 127,352,555 ordinary shares of £1.00 ("OrdinaryShares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights attributable to the Ordinary Shares is therefore 127,352,555 .

The above figure ( 127,352,555 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Ordinary Shares under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
