Sale of Shares by Significant Shareholder
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 Steppe Cement Limited ('the Company') advises that
Significant Shareholder, Rinat Mukhamedshin, has advised the Company he sold
675,000 shares in the Company through the market on 14 and 15 February 2006 at
approximately £1.42 per share, reducing his interest to 3,674,200 shares (from
4,349,200 shares as recorded in the Company's September 2005 AIM admission
document). Following that sale Rinat Mukhamedshin's interest in the Company's
shares was 3.2%.
Rinat Mukhamedshin has further advised the Company that following further sales
of shares in the Company this week, he is no longer a Significant Shareholder in
the Company.
