Notice of general meeting

A circular has today been posted to shareholders convening a general meeting, in order to consider proposals to create capital rights, within a Limited Liability Partnership, over certain of SThree's UK businesses. The meeting is to be held on 23 December 2013.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's online facility, the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for viewing on-line via the following link: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
