Director's Dealing
Stem Cell Sciences plc (SCS, AIM:STEM, ASX:STC) announces that it received
notification on 17th January 2008 regarding a completed share transfer
transaction. Dr Peter Mountford, Chief Technology Officer of SCS, has
transferred 120,000 ordinary shares representing 0.35% of the Company's issued
share capital at nil consideration from Secure Sciences Pty Ltd, a company in
which Dr Mountford is a Director and holds a controlling interest, to a third
party. The transaction was initiated by Dr Mountford on 2nd November 2007. A
binding commitment for the transaction was previously approved by the Board of
SCS on 10th September 2007.
Dr Mountford through Secure Sciences Pty Ltd now has a beneficial interest in
2,728,598 ordinary shares representing 8.14% of SCS' issued share capital.
