The Company has been notified that Gary Elden has pledged 510,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as security in connection with a loan facility arranged by him, the sole purpose of the loan being the potential acquisition of residential property. Beneficial ownership of the shares remains the same and, as such, the total holding of Gary remains unchanged.
