SThree plc announces that on 27 September 2012 it issued 386,548 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,394,127 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 121,117,661 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 2,276,466 shares held in treasury.
