SThree plc announces that on 2 September 2014 it issued 1,745 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 125,552,166 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 125,496,213 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 55,953 shares held in treasury.
