SThree plc announces that on 20 August 2014 it issued 152,938 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 125,395,186 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 125,339,233 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 55,953 shares held in treasury.
