SThree plc announces that on 23 September 2015 it issued 78,367 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,581,794 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,362,491 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 219,303 shares held in treasury.
