SThree plc announces that on 30 September 2015 it issued 68,818 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,650,612 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,429,230 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 221,382 shares held in treasury.
