SThree plc announces that on 1 September 2015 it issued 49,199 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,207,445 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,060,809 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 146,636 shares held in treasury.
