SThree plc announces that on 2 September 2015 it issued 1,540 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,208,985 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,062,349 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 146,636 shares held in treasury.
