SThree plc announces that on 12 October 2015 it issued 56,415 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,174,066 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,916,784 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 257,282 shares held in treasury.
