SThree plc announces that on 17 August 2015 it issued 195,619 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,672,218 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 127,579,025 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 93,193 shares held in treasury.
