SThree plc announces that on 18 January 2016 it issued 3,228 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,651,350 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,171,539 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 479,811 shares held in treasury.
