SThree plc announces that on 17 September 2015 it issued 105,955 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,314,940 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,125,637 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 189,303 shares held in treasury.
