SThree plc announces that on 26 November 2015 it issued 51,287 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation, the Company's issued capital is now 129,497,863 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,154,279 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 343,584 shares held in treasury.
