SThree plc announces that on 1 February 2016 it issued 15,333 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,666,683 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,126,872 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 539,811 shares held in treasury.
