SThree plc announces that on 11 April 2016 it issued 10,975 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,699,689 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,886,407 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 813,282 shares held in treasury.
