SThree plc announces that on 14 March 2016 it issued 4,035 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,683,226 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 129,284,944 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 398,282 shares held in treasury.
