SThree plc announces that on 01 April 2011 it issued 1,248,000 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 123,007,579 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 122,932,579 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 75,000 shares held in treasury.
