Purchase of own shares

SThree plc ("SThree" or the "Company") announces that on 11 September 2015, it purchased for treasury 15,274 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 359.9055 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 373.75p and lowest price paid was 346p.

This represents 0.012 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase, there are 189,303 shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,019,682 ordinary shares of 1p each.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SThree under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
