                           Appointment of Interim CFO



SThree, the international specialist staffing business, is pleased to announce
the appointment of David Tilston as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect
from 23 January 2008.



Mr Tilston is an experienced finance director and has held senior financial
positions on an interim basis at a number of FTSE 250 companies, as well as
permanent roles at Mowlem, Victrex and Meyer International.  He is a Chartered
Accountant.



SThree is making good progress with its search for a permanent CFO and will
update shareholders further in due course.



There are no additional details relating to this appointment that are required
to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing Rules.
