SThree plc announces that on 3 December 2007, it purchased for cancellation,
100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 208.3014pence per
share.


The highest price paid was 210.25pence per share and the lowest price paid was
199.25pence per share.


For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 138,177,163 ordinary shares
of 1p each.
