SThree plc announces that on 29 February 2008, it purchased for cancellation,
70,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 230.4375 pence per
share.     

The highest price paid was 229 pence per share and the lowest price paid was
232.5 pence per share. 

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 134,066,163 ordinary 
shares of 1p each.
