SThree plc announces that on 4 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 52,557 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 205.1078 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 206.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 204.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,868,752 ordinary shares of 1p each.
