SThree plc announces that on 19 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 48,441 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 170.0413 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 173.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 166.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,093,052 ordinary shares of 1p each.
