SThree plc announces that on 20 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 146,176 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 159.7879 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 168.125 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 151.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,946,876 ordinary shares of 1p each.
