SThree plc announces that on 30 June 2008 it purchased for cancellation 40,434 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 159.5601 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 160.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 158.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,616,211 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
