SThree plc announces that on 2 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 137,715 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 150.2631 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 151.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 149.00 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,406,787 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
