SThree plc announces that on 14 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 144.2031 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 146.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 141 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 128,474,413 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
