Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 3 October 2011 it transferred 3,960 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to satisfy an exercise of an option under an employee share scheme.  

Following this transfer the Company holds 2,049,522 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 120,958,057 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
