Transfer of shares held in Treasury

SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 February 2012 it transferred 1,521 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to satisfy an exercise of an option under an employee share scheme.  

Following this transfer the Company holds 1,573,876 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 121,433,703 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury shares).
