STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the multi-jurisdictional financial services group, is pleased to announce that Therese Neish, Chief Financial Officer, yesterday acquired 170,200 ordinary shares in STM at a price of 23.5p per share.
Following this purchase, Therese Neish now owns 492,756 ordinary shares representing 0.92% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
Commenting on the share purchase, Colin Porter, Chief Executive of STM, said:
"This share purchase by Therese Neish, our CFO, follows a significant share purchase by Alan Kentish, our Director of Business and Product Development, in December of last year. These purchases by the directorate demonstrate considerable confidence in the prospects of the business."
