STM Group plc announces that the Company was notified today that, on 10 February 2012, SBS Nominees Limited purchased 3,427,122 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.75p per Ordinary Share. SBS Nominees Limited now holds 3,427,122 Ordinary Shares representing 7.96% of the total voting rights in the Company.
